What happens when VAX rejects a credit card?
VAX rejects a credit card if you enter the wrong information, the credit card is invalid, or the credit card exceeded its limit. If one of these situations occur, VAX notifies you immediately with an error message. Contact the customer for another credit card or form of payment if the card is invalid or over its limit. If available, you may also click the check box to request assistance with a failed payment from the vendor’s Accounting department. When you click the check box, VAX sends the reservation to the vendor’s Accounting queue for processing. The reservation will not auto-cancel.
