What happens when the unit is shipped to a senior retirement center?
Answer If you do not order Pride’s “Inside Delivery and Setup” or Golden’s “White Glove In-Home Setup”, then the chair is shipped to the center’s loading dock and you will need to arrange with maintenance or a family member to bring the chair to the room. If you do order one of the above services, an installer will take delivery of the lift chair and arrange a time to bring the chair to the room, install it, and remove the boxing.
