A. OSHPD uses the OAAA e-mail addresses registered with ALIRTS for communication. If an OAAA left the facility without notifying OSHPD the facility may not receive any messages because the messages will still be addressed to the old OAAA. This is the reason ALIRTS requires an Alternate Contact for each facility.
