What happens when the log sheets are returned?
A. When the log sheets are returned, the investigating officer will make an assessment based on the information presented. If the log sheets show a likelihood of statutory nuisance, the investigating officer will make contact with the complainant to discuss the best way of investigating the complaint. The investigating officer may also make contact with the offender to request that action is taken to resolve the problem. If the information on the log sheets indicates that a statutory nuisance is unlikely, the investigating officer will advise accordingly.
