What happens when the five months of training/coaching is over?
The program is designed such that by the end of the five months of training you will already be in conversations with people wanting to be coached. You’ll be coaching! As previously mentioned, as part of attending the Coaching Academy, you will receive one year of monthly group coaching (via teleconference) to help you continue to improve your coaching skills and build your practice.
