The program begins by planning the fitness regimen with an expertise team where a trainers, nutritionist and physiotherapist will understand the individual needs. This will also include Body composition – blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, waist, chest, hips and body fat and other measurements. Based on the fitness history and measurements, the fitness trainer will develop an individual plan for the 4-week program, after which the member have a complete check-up and measurements taken to modify the exercise pattern.
