We consider this a repair issue. If the disk crashes or you experience any other hardware failure, you should send the unit back to us for repair. The Cobalt Qube owner should follow a backup schedule to ensure that data isn’t lost. As long as you have a valid (up to date) backup, you can fully restore all user files and privileges to a new Qube.
