What happens when the costumes are lost or damaged during hiring?
During the time that the person who hired the costume, has the costume in his/her possession that person takes full responsibility for the costume. Should the entire costume or part thereof be lost, stolen or damaged, and the person who hired the costume is unable to return the costume and/or any of the accessories, that person will be liable to pay to costumes4party, immediately on demand, the full replacement value in ZAR, as charged by costumes4party at the time, alternatively, the person responsible for the loss, must replace the costume within 7 days of the return date, to the same standard and satisfaction of costumes.
