Transfers to the accounts of other Bank of America customers can only be made from your personal checking, savings, or line of credit accounts. If you choose any other type of account (such as a business account) from the From dropdown menu, the accounts of the other customers associated with your Online Banking profile will not be valid selections from the To dropdown menu. If you chose an eligible account but still can’t view the accounts, verify whether an account has been added to your Online Banking profile by selecting the Manage Accounts tab.
