What happens when the Bank becomes aware of an incident of unauthorized access?
Gotham Bank of New York will conduct a reasonable investigation to promptly determine the misuse of it’s information about our customer(s). If this has occured or is reasonably possible, Gotham Bank of New York will notify the affected customer(s) as soon as possible. However, notice may be delayed if an approriate law enforcement agency determines that notification will interfere with a criminal investigation.
