Applicants who are members of staff on the University payroll or postgraduate students will be included on a waiting list. The applicant on the list next due to be offered an allocation will be invited to accept the facility when it becomes available irrespective of the location of the unit relative to the applicant’s place of work or study. The applicant will either accept the facility or remain on the waiting list as the applicant next due to be offered an allocation. If not accepted, the allocation will be offered to the next applicant on the waiting list etc until it is accepted. Refusal will not prejudice any applicant’s place on the waiting list.
