What happens when something doesn’t work and a user calls from the room?
MDS will provide first tier support for the installed campus standard AV equipment. Department support staff will continue to provide first tier support for user assistance, training and use of installed or laptop computers or specialized equipment. Signage will be posted by MDS in the room providing phone numbers for both MDS and department techs.
