What happens when residents move in and out of the residential community?
Simply return the departing resident’s pass. We’ll send you one new pass for each one returned. A residential community can also purchase additional passes as new residents arrive. The per-resident rate will be prorated so you’ll only pay for the number of months that new residents will be using the passes.
