If your child turns 19 and is attending school full-time, contact the Registrar’s Office at the college where he/she is enrolled and ask them to forward to BMI-HealthPlans a full-time student verification. You must update the student verification each semester. The insured’s name and the name of the dependent must be on the verification form. If your child turns 19 and is not a full-time student, please notify your Employer immediately. (Refer to the definition of Dependent in your Plan Document.
