What happens when it says BACKORDERED on the Invoice Confirmation screen?
You will be notified of a BACKORDER on the invoice confirmation screen BEFORE you place your order. If your order has an item(s) on backorder, we will send out all item(s) that are currently available and ship backorder items separately when they become available. There are situations where we will hold the entire order if the backorder item(s) are expected to arrive in our warehouse within a day or two. We will notify you by email or phone, if and when this pertains to a backorder.
