What happens when I synchronize my documents WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online to RELAY™?
When you synchronize your forms from WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online, RELAY™ creates a new transaction automatically. Information about the property and contacts is taken directly from your forms and put into the coversheet for a new RELAY™ transaction. All of your forms are turned into PDF documents that you (and your client or the agent representing the other side, if you make them visible) can view directly from RELAY™. The synchronized transaction is created as a Staged transaction in RELAY™ so that you can tell RELAY™ whether you are representing the buyer or seller, and what the transaction status (Open or Pending) is at this time. Once you update the transaction status, any changes to the transaction coversheet in WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online will not be reflected in RELAY™. Changes to the transaction coversheet in RELAY™ are not transferred to WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online.
