If you do not have sufficient funds on your account to make a purchase, your card will be declined. You can reload your facecard online at any time using either a credit card, debit card or via checking account. When loading from a credit or debit card, funds will be available to you within 15 minutes. When loading via checking account it will take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be available.
