Citizens are concerned about aircraft noise and complain because they would like to see changes occur. Filing a complaint will not bring about an individual’s desired change, rather it provides a means for DIA to report and disseminate information to the FAA, Airlines, general public, and local representatives. Complaints is logged and reported quarterly.
