What happens when I attempt to complete a survey but not all of the information downloads properly to my computer screen?
Occasionally a survey may not load correctly. Weather conditions, static electricity, and issues within your Internet settings or provider can create these instances. When possible, click on your refresh button to redisplay the page. When that is not an option, click on the suspend button to save your survey then exit out of the window. You will then need to reenter the survey.
