Whenever any kind of problem is found during an evaluation, the evaluator produces an Observation Report, which describes the problem (see also the Observation Report process). The resulting Observation Decision provides the guidance from the PP author on how the PP should be applied; this may include what amount to correction/clarification sheets for the PP. These corrections are also issued as Precedence Decisions (PDs) and can be found within the CCEVS PD database.
