What happens when dinnerware, crystal stemware and barware, or flatware patterns are discontinued?
Lenox dinnerware, crystal stemware and barware, and flatware typically go through “Custom” status before being discontinued. Most items are discontinued either February 1 or August 1. Customers can continue to purchase discontinued ware as long as inventory is available. To check on a specific pattern, go to Pattern Status. Custom Status Custom status indicates that a pattern is going to be discontinued. This gives you a limited time to complete your personal collection.
