What happens when classroom rules are broken?
Consequences are dependent on the severity of the infraction. They range from a verbal reprimand to detention. Detentions are given when the infraction is severe or the student has failed to correct a behavior. If the student refuses to obey classroom rules, they will be sent to the office as a last resort. By the time a student is sent to the office, all other methods of improving behavior will have been exhausted.
