Bugnosis runs a battery of tests on each suspicious graphic on a Web page when you first open it. If the program finds a possible Web bug, it alerts you with a sound (“uh-oh!”) and gives you some details about the Web bug in a little window. It also makes visible the Web bugs hidden on the page, so you can see where they are placed. You dont have to respond to any of this information if you dont want to you can just keep surfing, or you can stop and examine the details.
