What happens when Bromley Healthcare recruits new people – how will they be paid?

We hope to be able to offer the NHS pension scheme to new recruits together with all other current NHS terms and conditions. We are actively negotiating this at the moment. However, if that proves not to be possible, we will fully comply with the “Code of Practice on Workforce matters in Public Service Contracts – Cabinet Office 2005”. This means we will offer employment on fair and reasonable terms and conditions which are, overall, no less favourable than those of the staff who have been transferred into the organisation from the NHS. We will also ensure a reasonable pension scheme is offered.
