WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN EMPLOYEE LOSES THEIR CARD OR FORGETS THEIR PIN NUMBER?
A. The employees money is safe because a PIN number known only to the employee protects the PayCard. If the card is lost or stolen, the employee will inform you that they need a new card. Take a new card out of your card inventory, call PayPartners at 1-866-723-2273, and report the card lost/stolen, or a forgotten PIN. Have the employee available to speak to the agent. The employee may also call PayPartners directly.
