What happens when a transaction on my Members Equity MasterCard needs to be authorised by ME Bank?
Sometimes a retailer will seek an authorisation for a particular transaction on your Members Equity MasterCard. Immediately after we authorise a transaction we reduce your available credit by the amount of the transaction. If the transaction we have authorised is not completed, your account will be re-credited with the relevant amount. Please note this may take up to 10 working days.
