What happens when a time card is overridden?
First of all, an overridden status on a time card means that someone other than yourself has made a change to your time card. When a time card is changed by someone else a red message saying ‘Overridden’ will appear on your time card. If you have the option checked in your Preferences to send you an email notice when the time card is overridden, you will then receive an email notice. If not, upon login to the next pay period time card, you will see a message that your last time card was overridden and to access the search tab and select all my overriden time cards to approve the changes made.
