The system will not allow you to quote outside the scope of our underwriting guidelines therefore if you have a client that does not fit within the underwriting parameters of the website, the system will automatically REFER and not allow you to proceed to quote stage. An email will be sent to the Underwriter that is dedicated to your Brokerage explaining why the risk has been referred. The Underwriter will contact you with further details.
