What happens when a pre-op transman marries?

If he has legally changed his name by deed poll then he can keep the title Mr however on the paperwork for getting married he will be Mrs. If he wants to change his name to his partners name he would have to change it again by deed poll I believe. In order to get the Gender Recognition Certificate I believe they may have to divorce before then obviously remarry under a civil partnership. I say this as I know it works the other way round for civil partnerships (due to my friend being a pre-op FTM and being in a civil partnership with a woman).
