I’m not a doctor but I’ll answer this the best I can. Painkillers are mostly narcotics designed to deaden the pain receptors of the body. Most but not all cause drowsiness, dizziness. Hence the warning not to drive or operate machinery while your taking them. Then you have alcohol. Alcohol is known to also deaden nerve receptors. It was used by doctors to ease the pain of tooth extraction, setting bones and amputations, etc. So mixing painkillers and alcohol is a bad thing. One enhances the affect of the other. It can be deadly and ofter is. Many deaths are caused by mixing painkillers and alcohol. Don’t do it.
