What happens when a guest or a housekeeper reports a maintenance item?
We have a maintenance staff that checks the report. If you have the option #2 maintenance agreement, and our staff can make the repair in a reasonable amount of time, they will do so at no charge to you (for a one-time charge of $115.00, plus material charges). If you have the option # 1 maintenance agreement, you can be charged at our standard rate. If our staff tells us to “call an expert in the field,” we do ($25 per service call, plus material charges).
