What happens when a GSM Chippie Prepaid has no balance?
When a client uses all his credit (available balance) on his GSM Chippie Prepaid account or better said if his balance becomes less than 1 guilder, he can’t make phone calls anymore. In order to make phone calls again, the client must recharge his account. To continue his calls, he must always have a balance on his account. A GSM Chippie Prepaid, that is not active during a period of 5 months, loses its connection. In this case the phone number expires completely.
