All Pre-orders are kept in our system until the game is released. When a game is delayed or has not arrived with us by the expected release date our site will show the availability as overdue/delayed until the game arrives in stock or until we receive a new release date from our distributors. If we receive information for our distributors that a popular game will be delayed for a significant time, we will email all our pre-order customers and let them know what is going on.
