When a customer accepts a quote that triggers the immediate release of the collection & delivery information to the courier that they have chosen. If your quote is accepted you will receive immediate notification of the acceptance by email, and the job will be listed under your “jobs awaiting delivery” section. You are required to contact the people at both the collection and delivery ends within 24 hours to let them know when they anticipate delivering the item in question.
