Upon arrival, our reception agents and the owner of the premise will be waiting for you in the apartment. We will also welcome you with a food basket for your first days of stay. Then, the contract will be signed, the inventory will be controlled and you will pay the remaining amount of money of the rent and the security deposit. Upon departure, the inventory control will be carried out. In case of any damages the breakages will be charged; otherwise, the security deposit will be fully refunded.
