What happens to X-Treme Series cabinet when the power goes off?
X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets are designed and manufactured to be able to maintain an environment of <5% RH for a period of 1 days, and <10% RH for a period of appx 2 days if the cabinets remain closed and no new moisture is introduced. Do X-Treme Series cabinets use heat to dissipate moisture? Yes. But this only occurs during regeneration. No heat is used at dehumidification process of X-Treme Series cabinets. Besides, a temperature controlled heating feature is added to X-Treme Series cabinet which generates up to 45-60°C to provide a low temp bake at 1% RH. Cabinets with setting the heater to higher temperatures can be made on request. Do X-Treme Series cabinets require calibration? No. X-Treme Series use fully calibrated humidity and temperature sensors. These sensors are interchangeable without recalibration at the operation site.
