What happens to waste from intensive farming?
A lot of factory farms keep their manure in huge open pits called Lagoons. eventually that waste is sprayed on fields unless a flood happens than the waste goes into the water system and does a lot of bad contamination. Every time you hear of a big flood in rurual America you can bet that that flood water has several million gallons of farm waste in it.
