eBay will not give an advantage or a disadvantage to sellers with low or no DSR scores, as long as they have less than 2% dissatisfied buyers. Keep in mind, buyer satisfaction is not the only Best Match ranking factor. Listing keywords and historical buyer behavior on eBay for similar searches also influence rank.
