A15. Once we get enough cards signed and call the vote, everything freezes that day. Nothing can be changed until the outcome of the vote. If the vote is unsuccessful, then you go back to the way things are today (Management can change, add or delete anything they want). If the vote is successful, then we start bargaining from your present conditions (vacation, hours, pay, etc).
