Conditions of licences held by a consultant require that data produced by survey be lodged with NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. Conditions of licences held also require that data produced by survey be lodged with the Atlas of NSW Wildlife. A report of your survey results will be presented to the relevant Determining Authority as part of your development application.
