What happens to the sponsored account if I can no longer be a Constant Contact customer?
The sponsored account becomes deactivated when you close your paid account. Just like your paying account, we will not erase it. Essentially, the organization’s campaigns, images and mailing list remain frozen until it either finds another sponsor and reapplies to Cares4Kids, or decides to become a paying customer at the discounted non-profit rate.
