What happens to the retiree’s or spouses coverage with the Humana Medicare Advantage Plan if they lose Medicare Part B due to non-payment?
Retirees and covered spouses must have Medicare B in order to be enrolled in the Humana Medicare Advantage Plan. Humana will work closely with CMS to identify these individuals and they will be handled on a case-by-case basis. These retirees will be responsible for the portion that Medicare would have paid for any Medicare Part B charges.
