What happens to the questionnaires once they are completed in class?
Questionnaires are collected and put in an envelope by the individual appointed by the department head. The envelope is sealed, signed by the individual, brought to a designated drop site on campus and then picked up by the Centre for Institutional Analysis and Planning (CIAP). CIAP is then responsible for processing the CEQ and reporting the results after final grades have been submitted. The original CEQ forms are eventually returned to the instructors along with their course summary report, with the exception of courses with less than 5 responses.
