What happens to the points in my carte joël account if I decide to cancel my enrollment or if you cancel my enrollment?
If you voluntarily cancel enrollment in the program or if your membership is cancelled by JOËL, all accrued points will be forfeited immediately. If you decide to reenroll or if your membership is reinstated by JOËL, reinstating previously accrued points is at the sole discretion of JOËL management.
