The Summary Assessment Form is reviewed by the second level manager and approved by the Divisional Vice President. Once approved, a copy of the Summary Assessment Form, the PMP form and an ETF are sent to the Department of Human Resources and Employee Relations (Compensation) to ensure appropriate salary adjustments are made and to be placed in the employee file.
