What happens to the placement once my Assigned Educational Supervisor and I have signed off the Final Review stage?
Once the Final Review has been signed off by both parties, it will become a permanent record and will be accessible on your Portfolio as ‘read-only’. This will stay as part of your ISCP account and will be viewable by your future Assigned Educational Supervisor. Completed Learning Agreement’s are viewed individually using the two drop down arrows in the two boxes, the first box is to select the level and specialty that the Learning Agreement was completed i.e. ST2>>Otolaryngology and then the second box is to select the placement of the Learning Agreement.
