Students are not eligible to receive PhD Tuition Fee Award payments during terms in which they are on official leave of absence from the University. Students are responsible for paying the leave fee. PhD Tuition Fee Award payments will resume when students returns from leave, for as long as they continue to meet the eligibility requirements of the award.
