What happens to the names of participants after they graduate or leave a class?

The user accounts of participants who are no longer actively enrolled in classes are disabled, but their user names and the data associated with them are not deleted. This way, if a participant is re-enrolled at a future time, the user name is reactivated and the Participant Portfolio will show both the old and new data.
