What happens to the money that was already collected for taxes and insurance escrows?

As a current Urban Funding Group customer, your tax and insurance escrows may be rolled into your new account. This may reduce the amount you will need to bring to closing. If you are not a current Urban Funding Group customer or you choose not to roll your escrows, any unused monies will be refunded within 60 90 days after closing depending on the lender.
