What happens to the marketing plan matrix if a user decides to cancel the service?
If a member, for whatever reason, requests to be cancelled from the system, the position he is occupying will be “frozen”, with all personal details blanked, until the related hosting package expires. This is done intentionally to allow his sponsor to complete the matrix without having to worry about filling the cancelled user’s spot. If, upon expiry of the hosting package purchaed by the user who has requested cancellation he does not request to step back in and join the system again by renewing the hosting package, that position in the matrix will deleted entirely and any downline, if present, will be compressed up to replace the othwerwise vacant spot.
